Return & Exchange Policies:

Botanify accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@botanifyindia.com or +91 9392933931 within 24 hours of delivery. You must raise your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Item Mismatch: If the wrong color or size is delivered, we will offer a refund or replacement, subject to stock availability.
  3. Damaged in Transit: If items are damaged during transit, we will either issue a refund or replace the item, depending on stock availability. This decision will be based on the photos provided by the customer, and the decision of our team will be final.
  4. Refund: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  5. Late Return Requests: Requests for returns or replacements made after 7 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.
  6. Order Cancellation or Rejection: If you cancel or reject a prepaid order after it has been shipped, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  7. Non-COD Areas: If your pin code does not support Cash on Delivery (COD), you will need to pay online before we dispatch your item.
  8. Incomplete Contact Information: If the contact information provided is incomplete or if the customer does not respond to our support team’s calls, the order will be placed on hold.
  9. Plants: We do not offer returns or refunds for plants. They are packaged with the utmost care, and any damages in transit are at the customer’s risk.
  10. Courier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies during unavoidable situations. However, our support team is always available to assist in resolving any issues.
  11. Overpayment to Courier: Botanify is not responsible if you overpay the courier without checking the COD amount on the bill.
  12. Delivery Attempts: The courier company will make three attempts to deliver the items. If delivery fails and the items are returned to us, we will deduct the shipping charges and refund the remaining amount for prepaid orders.
  13. Unattended Deliveries: If a customer is unavailable to receive the items (e.g., out of town), the shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded for prepaid orders.
