Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently through reliable courier services. Here’s what you can expect regarding our shipping process:

  • Order Processing: All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days. Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Remote Locations: For deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas, please allow 9-14 working days for your order to arrive.
  • Unserviceable Locations: If your address is outside our delivery network, we will notify you immediately.

Special Circumstances: Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen events such as pandemics, national events, or other extraordinary circumstances.

Delivery Schedule: Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.

Receiving Your Order: A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please arrange for a trusted person, such as a family member, neighbor, or security personnel, to receive the package on your behalf. Botanify is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Damages After Delivery: Botanify does not assume responsibility for any damage that occurs after delivery.

Complaints and Issues: If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at support@botanifyindia.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, and we will assist you promptly.

Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the product’s size, weight, and destination. All charges are clearly displayed at checkout, so you know the total cost before completing your purchase.
